    Ok, so I called yesterday to USCIS, they took my service request and today I received this email... The status of this service request is: Our review indicates that this case is actually within our current processing time. We are currently processing cases filed on April 29, 2011. We regret any misunderstanding. Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter.       Hey Rod, I just got my NOA2 today after passing the 5 month mark (156 days to be exact). I put in a service request AFTER our 5 month mark and got an email from them 3 days ago saying the same thing... wait 60 days... still processing... but today we finally got our NOA2! So I advice you soon as you hit the 5 month mark... to call USCIS again to update your service request stating that you are indeed pass 5 months... hopefully they will prioritize your NOA2 like they did ours.     ####### VSC!!! Where is my NOA 2, we have no previous marriages, no kids, no legal problems, we sent more than enough evidence and we are not yet approved while people from August is getting approved already!!! Really #######!!!!

      My 5 month mark was a couple days ago. I put in a service request since I'm past the 5 month mark. I got an email today concerning my service request... they tell me that my case is still under review and to wait 60 days for a decision or NOA2. SLAMS HEAD ON CONCRETE!

    Anothe week just finished and Vermont is still ignoring me!!! Why? Does it really matter what country the fiancee is from? I see people from August already been approved and I am from May 2nd. What is wrong with VSC?? I thought they processed as the receive :(

      i got my NOA1 on April 26, 2011. I still didn't get my NOA2 yet. I got my congressman to call vermont for me to see what's going on with our petition. He's going to call me back on Monday with an update.

      i'm stressed out too. NOA1 received April 26, 2011. Still no NOA2!!! Stressed out! Hope we can all get our NOA2 this week.
