My 10 year green card was approved this morning. I was a little worried about a RFE because I didn't include a joint lease and only sent partial income tax returns. I guess I had enough other solid evidence. Good luck to the rest of the November filers!

Biometrics done this morning, fast and painless! The only issue was the police were doing a take-down of some form in the parking lot and we were locked in the office. By time we were finished they had their man in cuffs, so no hold up for us.
Now back to waiting!

I received the hard copy for my transfer today. Transferred to CSC on Nov19/13. If someone could update that I would appreciate it!

I see most people get their NOA1 within couple days. I just remember now submitted an extra document so they could get in touch with me via email... and I didn't this time. Is this how everyone got theirs so quickly?
I didn't sennd that form in either and still got my NOA1 quickly. This seems to be the quickest part of the process!

I received an email saying my case has been transfered to my local field office. Does this mean it was transfered to CSC?

I received my bimetrics letter today. Date for biometrics is 11-26-13

I know I'm asking the Receipt Date on your NOA letter. Not a letter received date
Duh, sorry....we are in the middle of harvest and working on little sleep, not thinking clear! Receipt date is 11-1-13.
-
What is the Receipt Date on your NOA letter? If you sent on Oct 29, maybe Oct 31? If it's on November, you are a November filer
I sent in package on 10-29-13 and got my NOA1 on 11-4-13.

I just got my NOA1 so I guess I qualify as a November filer. Hope this process isn't too long and drawn out! I am through VSC so I am sure it will be!

I get so tired of people thinking that if you don't have a college degree you are not educated. College does not teach "common sense". There are a lot of unemployed people out there with college degrees. Some of the states on your so called "uneducated list" are hard working people who are the backbone of this country, farmers and ranchers. They are very smart people who know how to take care of the land and livestock and are still able to make a living at it despite all the "college educated" people who think they know better and make it tougher for them.
My point is that just because you have a college education does not mean you are making a honest living, so this little graph of yours means nothing at all!
Besides, we still have no proof that our president went to college. What is up with that?

My Visa from Vancouver took 2 weeks. It took the consulate a week to issue it and another week for DHL to deliver because they sent it to the wrong city. Keep checking the DHL website if you have a waybill number, DHL doesn't seem to be very reliable!

I didn't think we would need them but wanted to make sure. Thanks for the help! I will be so glad to be done with all this nonsense for a couple years!

Hey all,
I am getting ready for my AOS interview on Dec.20. It says to bring birth certificates of all children, does that include adult children? My husband's boys are all over 21. Any help would be appreciated!

So I finally recieved my biometrics notice. They sent it out two days after the service request. I am glad I got it but can't believe it took a service request to get it done. Government...ugh!
-
So I called yesterday and they put in a service request because it has been over 30 days. She said if i don't get anything back in 30 days to call back. So it's back to impatiently waiting again!
-
I will call tomorrow and see what I can get done. This whole process is so frustrating when some applications get fastlined thru and others just seem to sit for no rhyme or reason. It is nice to know I am not the only one waiting. I hope you hear something soon. Maybe they consider us Canadians as a security threat!LOL!

I applied for AOS Aug.26 and received my NOA on Aug.30. I have not yet received my biometrics appointment letter. Is this normal or should I phone and see what is going on? My case hasn't been touched since Sept.1, hasn't been transfered yet either. Starting to get worried!

We only submitted a couple flight itineraries, some hotel reciepts and one picture of us together for the I-129F. I was not asked for anything else at the consulate in Vancouver although I had a pile of evidence with me at the interview.

That is the correct fax number. It must get busy during the day as I have heard others having problems. I faxed my forms in on a Saturday and had no problems. Maybe try faxing them later on tonite.
-
Thanks everyone!! Faxing the info they wanted now. Hope I can get the letter soon!Another question: I also have a horse trailer I am taking with me. Anyone know what I need for paperwork to get it imported?

I phoned Chrysler this morning to get a compliance letter for my Dodge pick-up. They say they need proof of immigration. Anyone know what they need? I am going for my interview on June 24th so don't have my visa yet. She said it takes them 7-10 days to do the letter so if I have to wait until I have my visa this puts my travel plans back at least 2-3 weeks. Anyone gone through this lately?? Can I just send them a copy of my NOA2?

I need to change my address as I have moved since sending in the I-129F. What is the best way to go about it?
-
Can nobody help me with this? I can't find anything in previous threads that are of any help. Could really use some input!!
