You will be fine. You have nothing to worry about. As long as you have pictures together, chatlogs, and screenshots that proves you have a genuine relationship you will be fine. The most important requirement is that you met prior the petition and you did so, just relax!!! Everything will be fine. I know some Filipina -American couples who just met once and now living in the USA with their loved ones Goodluck on your Visa journey!! God Bless!!!

Thats a great news!! at the same time, this is really frustrating...If we are negative in smear test why still wait for 8 weeks culture result which is 99% sure that the result will be negative or i suggest atleast lessen the wait. 2 months delay and another wait is such a longggggg time. My fiance and I really miss each other terribly, i know thats exactly how you feel too..Its really hard but we will get through this...

Thanks for the advice. I had heard that St. Luke's would reschedule the interview, but if I can go ahead and do it earlier, I'm all for that.

I agree with this post.. I also already scheduled my interview. St Lukes won't be responsible to re-schedule our interview date unlike the previous cases. My fiance want me to be interviewed as soon as possible.I assume if we wait until my sputum result (which is 2nd week of August) before i set an interview schedule, we might get September as an interview date. So, i scheduled mine the day after my sputum culture result. In that case we wont have to go through another wait. God Bless to all of us

My 3 smear tests went negative (PRAISE GOD!!) but still have to wait for the sputum culture result on August. Anyways,only six weeks to go until my culture result. How was your fiancee's smear test result?

Hi same same here. I also have to undergo sputum test. Its very very disappointing but it is what it is. We can do this!!!!!!! Tomorrow is the last day of my sputum collection. Please pray for me Thanks

I'm just wondering.....

1. If you had previous PTB case and you have med cert that says you have been cured, would they still require you to do sputum test?

2. If you go through sputum test and all 3 tests are negative, do they still require a culture test?

I just checked our status at USCIS.gov and it says that they sent us a RFE. I wonder how long will it take to get our noa2 after we submit what they need? Thanks!!!!
