Advise for your child: make her watch english movies a lot or english kids shows that fits her age. And make practice speaking english at home. That's what I did with my son, he's now 6 years old and speaks english very well. And of course I make sure he speaks english at home.

Hello VJers! I just wanted to let you all know my POE in Guam today went so smooth. The immigration officer just asked for the correct mailing address, another finger scan and photo taken and I went inside the office to sign the form and I was good to go. For sure this christmas will be the happiest as I will be spending it with my wife and son. Thank you for all the help!!

I just wanted to inform everyone that today I had my interview. Today is exactly the same day I met my wife 8 years ago. And today the US Consul said "Congratulations your visa has been approved, you may now join your wife in the States."

My daughter ako 2 yrs old and 7 months baby ko nag karoon sya ng TB nung 6 months pa lang sya tapos uminom sya ng med

for 6 months "treatment" then nung September 2011 bigla syang nagka pneumonia na hospital sya ng 5 days simula ng gumaling sya hanggang ngayon thanks god hindi na sya nag kakasakit ulit..

(Ito po yung tanong ko kung sakaling this coming november i medical kami makikita pa kaya sa xray na nag karon sya ng sakit sa baga dati????)

Almost 1 year na simula ng na hospital...

Nung ni request ng doctor na mag pa xray kami wla naman kaming sakit lungs ung baby ko lang talaga,,

Hello! Ang masasabi ko lang ay maging honest ka sa medical history ng daughter mo when u go for your medical. They will do series of tests naman. Xray, skin testing, usually pag bata they want to make sure na hindi siya active ptb. And kung nag gamot naman siya noon for primary complex, wala naman siguro na yun by now.

When I had my medical last Aug 13, I pre-reg 2 or 3 days prior. When I arrived 630am I got an earlier number compared to those who did not pre reg. So I must say, to save time, pre reg online!

I will be having my interview here in USEm Manila this coming Sep27. My wife is an LPR. We had a child an LPR too born 2006. Wife studied here in Manila after giving birth and so we got the chance to "live-in" together. We only got married last 2009 we only applied for the I-130 year 2010.

In year 2008 and 2009 respectively, I applied for Non-immigrant Visa B1-B2 and I was denied. In the application form of that Non-Immigrant Visa I was unable to declare that my child was an LPR or even a fiancee (not sure if there was an option for that too). My fear now, will the Consular Officer question me about that application I made? Will that be grounds for INA § 212(a)(6)©(i) Fraud or Misrepresentation?

I had mine last august 13 which was a Monday. Pre registration online helped me save time. I got there 630am they gave me #40 while those with NO pre reg online the number was around #120++

No. My son is LPR already. Im talking about durin the time I tried to apply for a tourist visa. That's when I did not write at te 2nd page my son is LPR and my fiancee is LPR too.

Now i feel more anxious now.

I wanted to ask your advise. Interview will be on 9/28/12. Back in the year 2008 i applied for a tourist visa when i was still single. But ny wife and i were living together already at time our kid was 3 yo. I did not declare in my application that my son was an lpr already. I got denied. I went to europe for a visit 2009 and went back to us embassy to again apply for a tourist visa this time i did not write again my son or fiancee Will that be a problem for me ? Will they ask that to me too?

One good advise is to register online in st lukes ext clinic website. I went there last monday aug 13, arrived 630am the guard gave me number 43 bec i showed my online registration form. For those with no online registration the number queue was 200++ already at 0630am.

So just register online!

You can bring your child in the us w/o visa. Research more on that one posted above.

But it would have been easier if your child used your married name too. If thats not an issue w the father of your child.
