My fiance was employed since 2002 in his job. I just want to ask the number 7 " I derived an annual income of", is it the exact 2010 annual income? Your help is very much appreciated.

Please check me if Im right, that the annual income question is the exact 2010 annual income of my fiance. I just want to ask if DS-160 is the only form needed to present for my K1 interview @ US embassy Manila. Do i need to present DS-156, DS-157 and DS 156K? Coz as I read in US embassy Manila website DS-160 is the new form needed, kindly confirm please. Thank you in advance for the reply.
