Hello all,

Just Mailed I-751 to CSC on 8/14/13 with

• Copies of the passports and green cards of my wife.
• Copy of the joint bank account statements for 2011 and 2012, and 2013
• A partial copy of our 2011, 2012 joint US tax return.
• Copies of various car insurance notices.
• Copy of the title of our car, showing joint ownership.
• Copy of our Credit cards showing a joint account.
• copy of AAA membership cards and renewal statement
• Copy of utility bills which only one name is allowed on the bill, so we have several bills of each name at same address to show our financial lives intermingled.
• Pictures of our vacation to Yosemite national park, CA, Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park, CA, Universal Studio, CA, Lake Tahoe, CA

..But found out we forgot to include "the affidavit" in the I-751 package.

Is it going to be a problem?

Our appointment was Nov. 7th 2011 2:30p.m. At 300 N. Los Angeles St. in downtown L.A.

We parked our car private parking lot across the alameda St. ($6 all day).

There was no line (only took 3min.) to go through security check point.

Room 1001 was not that busy and soon after we arrived, one officer came and asked us for the appointment letter.

He took 4 couples to 4th floor, and again, took three other couples to other waiting.

Anyhow, around 3:15, one IO called my wife's name, and led us to her room.

She was polite, but you can feel very firm and professional back-bone from her. We had sworn to say all the truth nothing but truth.

The IO asked to my wife all those things such as have you convicted any crime, joined any militia, communist party bla bla bla bla

-answers were all no. The IO asked my wife current address, date of birth, and then asked our papers and documents.

Documents? Ah, o.k. here we go, we show her Lease agreement with names on, Insurance copy, Bank statements.-Please make copies of all the documents,

other than that, IO will take all the Original documents. The IO asked me my original citizenship certificate, and copy.

Original Marriage certificate and copy. -I had copies. Hew

And finally, the IO asked us 5 pictures about this marriage is legitimate. What you want to keep our pictures?

Dhuuuuu WE brought only our wedding album. The IO asked us if we could cut some of pictures.

Sure why not. Anyway we have another copy at home, so we cut 5pictures from our wedding album.

The IO asked my wife nothing but her parent's first and last name. That was it.

After the interview, she called us to the window, and gave us white paper that says I485 is approved, and even before

we arrived to our car, Me and my wife got the E-mail from USCIS that they have ordered production of a Green Card

for my wife.

HI,in my case, What I wrote was, date when I met, City where I met physically ,and met her family members. Just 4 lines. No photos, No Air Ticket. Oh yes, I had my full pages of passport Black and White copy as an evidence.

My primary eveidence was only passport stamps, and four lines of writing about when, where I met my fiance....It was just my case, and wouldn't hurt if you can provide more evidence. I guess....Good Luck

Nothing special.

However, I carefully assume that Service Center saved sometime form FBI back ground Criminal Check, since I work for medical field, and the board keep my record current. It is just my guess, so I could be wrong.

Nothing original. Everything was copy. Again, nothing special. No Color copy of the passport.

Not even a single picture. No notorization.

Just followed as VJ guide said. Nothing more nothing less.

As I wrote couple of days ago, my I129F petition was approved on Feb22, 2011 and just received the NOA2 hard copy today.

Thank you very much for your support and sharing good info.

K-1 Visa Time line:

1/24/2011 Mailed out K-1 package to Texas Lock Box

Just followed as it said on VJ site. Nothing special, No color copy of passport (Just B/W all pages), copy of Naturalization Certificate. No picture at all. Very short and brief description. "What city I met my fiancé when and How long, and attend the family meeting."

1/28/2011: Check cleared.

1/30/2011: NOA 1 Notice via Text and E-mail.

2/3/2011: NOA 1 Hard copy received.

2/22/2011: NOA 2 notice via E-mail.-Was really shocked for rapid approval.

2/25/2011: Received NOA2 Hard copy in hand.

I just followed VJ guide.

Congrat So, I am not the only one who freaked out for that super fast notice. I exactly know what it feels like. Wow~~~and another wow. Is it real???
