  1. Congrats Eli! May I ask, were you an expedite, or just lucky? They seem to be jumping around all over the place.

I was actually an expedite. We have been working hard to get it, but I guess it finally went through. I had a alot of medical issues with the twins and was actually told by doctors that my girl, Baby A, wasn't going to make it. After tons and tons of ultrasounds there was hope that she would. When she was born last week, they did all kinds of tests, and she actually looks great, but she only has one functioning kidney. Otherwise she's a healthy baby girl. I've been so lucky!

  2. Hey everyone! I went through a rough twin prenancy during all of this and they were born on Valentine's Day last week. Today, I just got our NOA2!!! I feel like all of this time alone has finally paid off. The first thing I did was run to the babies and tell them that daddy was coming. I'm still holding back tears now. Hopefully, we can get through the NVC quickly and Miguel can head to his interview in Juarez soon. I can't wait for him to meet the little ones!

  3. Guys I got my NOA2 today! I went through a tough twin pregnancy and my babies were born on Valentine's Day and now this? I'm beside myself with happiness. I snatched up my babies and told them daddy was coming. It brings tears to my eyes just to think about him holding them for the first time. I wish everyone a speedy approval so they can be reunited with their loved ones and thank you!

  4. Just go up to Immigration Timelines in the navigation bar, then click 'View My Timeline' on the left-hand side of the page. You'll have to scroll down a little, but it should tell you then (assuming you've entered in your I129F info).

Mine says this: Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between April 27, 2011 and May 2, 2011*. It's actually moved forward a couple of days. :) Yay!

We actually filed and recieved everything the same day! Hopefully we'll get the NOA2 the same day, too... and SOON.

  5. Just wanted to thank you all who have posted. This info has been SUPER helpful! My fiance is from Jalisco, and we are currently expecting twins in February. I've been an emotional wreck since my return to the US in August, and all of this has given me some hope. Now I can be prepared for what lies ahead...
