hi everyone im glad to find this forum about nclex.by the way just arrived here in the US planning to take my nclex to but dont know how to apply for the exam.I already took CGFNS and got my visa screen too.Has anyone have any any ideas on ho to apply nclex in Pennsylvania?thanks!

hi everyone just got here in US.Im a registered nurse in the Philippines I already took my CGFNS,IELTS and also got my Visa Screen Certificate.I want to take NCLEX exam but I dont know what would be the process.I would like to take it here either NY or PA.Need some help how to apply?please share your experience or let me know what website to check.

hi everyone i was under 221 g and need to submit evidence of current sustained income after submitting those embassy called that i am approve (it was such a relief)but need to submit my passport coz i didnt submit my passport with it.(i regret i didnt).My question is that they will send out the visa even though i was not paying for visa delivery? no instruction from them if i will pay she just said send out your passport.Secondly, my medical will expire on the 29th and embassy said that need to fly on the 28 so i ask her if visa will be on hand on 2 days before coz need to attend CFO and she said it will be delivered to me on the 26.Im worried coz we already bought the ticket because most airline are fully booked but no visa yet now...if worst case scenario happens could i rebook the flight 2 or 1 day before? its continental airlines.thanks

fem my interview last dec. 8..i submit the evidence current income which is paystubs and emplyment letter dec. 16 and then they recieved it dec 20.. i called embassy my documents is under reviewed and the girl say call again january 3.. and also i already submited the passport with documents...

so fem u mean ur passport is still ur hand??? the embassy need ur passport so if they approved ur visa..

hi there im che same situation with you guys.me too i submitted the documents they requested but didnt include my passport as what instructed on their website to submit until told to do so.i would like to ask what number did you use to call?Im from cebu i really cant connect i used this number the operator gave me.301-2000extension number 5184 or 5185.what time did you usually call?thanks hope we all got approve my medical will expire on january 29.hope we all be approve.

This is femy's fiance. I called the embassy twice and and asked if I could send more evidence of income, but all she said is that they had enough and would call or send us a letter requesting more if its needed. I kept asking if I could bring my new 2011 tax w2's when i file in january, and bring it there in person.I can prove I made 35,ooo last yr in the 8 months I worked on my new job. I grossed 3750.00 each month and 5000.00 on my tax refund. But all she would say is to wait and call them back in 1-2 weeks for the results of there decision.

To give everymore more info, I pay 280 for child support, 400 for house and land, I have no other bills other than lights & water. I also can get a statement from my mortgage company saying ive paid this amount for 12 yrs and never was late. I have 4 daughters from previous marriage , but one is married , the second oldest is not married but lives on her own. the youngest two live with there mother.

Next year I would surely gross 45,000 and will get a raise in april, making my gross even higher.I have estimated my total tax I have to pay is 3000.00 if I have no deductions. But I will have some that will drop it to 2500 total tax owed on federal and 5400 for total including medicare and state taxes.If Im adding right , thats 15% total tax.

Theres one thing I didnt understand when I called the embassy , they told me twice fora fam of 4 my gross had to be 32,000 a yr. Where do they get that info at? when I look at the poverty guidelines for a fam of 4 , its 27,000, a fam of 5 is 32,ooo.

So what I wanted to ask them is even if I re-file my petition for the k-1 visa , it will still show the same amount as now. I will still only gross 45-50k a yr.

hi there im che im on the same situationof your fiance but sad thing is me and my fiance couldnt get into te line of the embassy its always busy.what number did you use when calling the us embassy in manila there in the US \so that we will know where to stand now.thanks you so much hope we will all be approve.

Did you include a letter from employer that states your current income level and length of time in the job ?

yes we submitted an employment letter that states his current and previous income, that they are wishing to continue his service of the company,check from his tenant and explanation letter from him about his past income and the reason why we are not able to submit it the 2011 ITR yet.Many people says that it is more likely to be denied but still we have big hopes and crossing our fingers very tightly for us to be approve.hope the one who will review the case would be more considerate and will have a good heart.

Hi everyone i am new here in visa journey.Hope some one could help.First of all I would like to ask what is really the required income for a household of 4?I was interviewed but then I was given a refusal letter and need to submit evidence of current sustained income. My fiance's previous income were very low he couldnt work full time due to his heart bypass surgery but this year he is able to do so.We already submitted everything that we think as proof of sustained income.He is a self-employed contractor.We submitted an employment letter, check from his tenant, no checks or pay stubs coz he is paid on cash but its stated on his employment letter and his ITR for 2010 we were not able to send it because filing it still on mid January that we think could delay the process. These would be enough? We did not wait for the ITR for 2010 because we want to make an earlier results coz my medical will expire on the 29th of January we don't want to do the medical again because of that sputum and culture exam and waited for 2 months thank God it was negative.I submitted those through a courier as instructed by the USEM how many days is the waiting period?Please help.We are so near yet so far.Hope next year is a good year for us. I want to be with my fiance as soon as possible.
