Sounds like ok. regarding financial docs - I have all same, and wanted to double check with you: no 2010 tax return yet, right? since you guys in the US will report taxes for 2010 in april of 2011, right? I am having my interview next week and am bringing everything for 2007, 8 and 9.

we got NOA2 in 10 days after asking the congressman for help.

after RFE ours was approved after 9 days, but we also asked our congressman to help us since we were after 5 months, but even without a congressman it looks like ppl get NOA2 after rfe ( after they received from you everything they wanted)in a week or couple weeks.

Just got our NOA2 on Jan 12th. So happy!!!

I see. 6 days have passed after USCIS got our docs in reply to their RFE. Its crazy stressful to wait every single day now.

Our 5 month were on Dec 28. Or NOA1 is July 28. We had RFE dated Dec 14th. We have sent them everything they wanted and they got it on Jan 3d. We also asked Congressman to help. Filled in an Autorization form, signed, sent to him. Now waiting. One week has passed after all of it. Very nervous.

We are July 28th filers. CA - Ukraine.

On Dec 28, we were supposed to have our full 5 month o9f waiting.

On Dec 14 we got a RFE.

WE have sent them everything they needed. (urgently, paying ALOT of money)

After a week, we called them, and they said that WITHIN 60 DAYS!!!!! they will let us know IF they got our documents. (Our UPS agent says the USCIS got the docs, and we had used their services before so we kinda dont worry about the fact of the delivery.)

We are shocked that after 5 months of waiting we are told that there are 2 more months!!!!! I know it doesnt mean that on the 60th day they will reply. But during 60 days. But still, within the 60 days souns like craziness.

My question is: did anyone get a RFE? How long after it did they get the approval? Thank you in advance!
