      no if you already paid the NVC visa fee from in the states..he does not need to pay it again, however if the fees were paid before the increase in may 2010 then he will need to pay an additional $4 dollars..i think it's there about. other wise you are correct, only the DHL fee...good luck hun..it will be ok i know time seems to be crawling like a snail huh?? lol :)

    hi all...haven't posted anything lately, i think this wait is letting me have an out of body experience..cause it seems all i do to hide from the torture and torment of waiting, is to block out the world..lol not good right? :)
