I agree, seven months is definitely too long to have to wait. A service request would be a good idea at this point! And don't give up hope! It will all work out soon.

I've heard many people say that the NOA1 took 5 to 7 days to arrive, but mine took two weeks, so it could be in your mailbox soon!
