    Mailed AOS, but forgot to attach photo and supporting docs for the EAD. Will we get a RFE or a rejected AOS?

      I doubt it. All I have seen so far for rejections were wrong fees. The AOS and EAD are different, they will probably send you a letter (RFE) for the EAD, not rejection.

      You might get a rejection for the EAD but i see no reason why they'd reject the AOS.
