i-864 askes for the most recent tax return. Do i need three most recent tax returns or one recent tax (2011)?
-
Thank you again for taking the time to answer all my questions.
-
wow jay-kay. THANK YOU! Sorry for being a paint in the #### but i have one more question.
If my mother and I fill out i-864 form, do we need to provide a proof that we're related?
-
Also for on #24, on part B, do i have to list my mother's income? Do I check of letter E?
-
Thank you all for the prompt reply. I just have few more questions.
I'm not under my mother. I'm actually under her company as an employee. Even if i'm not her dependent, is it still better to file I-864 instead of i-864A?
Also if my mother is filing her own i-864, on part 1, does she check of letter D (only joint sponsor) or A (i am the petitioner)?
-
even if I live with my mother, she can still file I-864 instead of i-864A? I was told that my mother would have to file I-864A if i live with her.
Her income qualifies on her own and i'm dependent due to low income. If my mother files I-864, do I have to provide an evidence that I'm related to her?
For I-864A, I would have to provide proof of being related to my mother and also that we live in a same household.
-
I'm filling out i-864 and my mother is filling out i-864A as a co sponsor.

with reference to Form I-864A, Part 2, page 7 of 7
Line 13 asks for a 'number'
reads as follows
I, THE SPONSOR __________________ (print name) in consideration of the household member's promise to support the following intending immigrant(s) and to be jointly and severally liable for any obligations I incur under the affidavit of support, promise to complete and file an affidavit of support on behalf of the following _____________ (indicate number) named intending immigrant(s) (see Step-by-Step instructions)
which number are they asking for ?
Also in part 3,
I, the household member, ________________ (print name) in consideration of the sponsors promise to complete and file an affidavit of support on behalf of the above __________(number from line 13) named intending immigrant.
What number are they asking for?

After reviewing visajourney thoroughly, I am still confused as to which form my mother (co sponsor) has to file.
I'm the sponsor so I have to file I 864. I live with my mother who happens to be the co sponsor. Does my mother have to file I864 or I864A?
Also on part 6 #24, do I have to add my mothers income and check off letter D stating that I864A was filed?
-
I'm a little confused with the I-864 and 864A
I'm the primary sponsor and my mother will the co sponsor.
I live with my mother so my mother has to file a I-864A?
On I-864A # 9b, what do i write in the blank? self employed as a/an_____________________.
On Part 2,#13, what do you write on the blank where it says "indicate number"
I-864
As for me, I would have to check off A on Part 1.
On #24, do i have to list my mother and her income and add it with my income on part c?

my wife just applied for her green card (AOJ)today. She wants to leave the states asap. If she applies for I-131 today, how long will it take for get an approval for reentry permit? I'm guessing she would have to apply for early parole.
-
My wife and I got married within 90 days upon her arrival to the states. It's been over 90 days and we are applying for AOJ.
Does she need any other special documents pertaining to applying for AOJ other than the basic AOJ required documents?
Someone had mentioned that I would need to file I-130 along with other AOJ documents if I-94 has expired or my wife has been in the states past 90 days prior to applying for AOJ.

I just want to confirm as to where I should send the I-485 form.
Can someone confirm for me if it's true about sending the form to the below address regardless which state you reside?

Quick questions on i864 and i131 forms
on i864 part 1, do I check off letter E if i'm the first sponsor sponsoring my wife and have my mother check of second of two joint sponsor since she will be the co sponsor?
Also my wife and I are in the process of applying for AOS I485. It will be sent out tomorrow via express mail. My wife would need to leave the country sometime in August. Does she need to file a i131 form for reentry? If so can she file it now even if she doesn't have a green card or a conditional green card? or does she have to file it upon receiving her condiitonal green card?

My fiance was approved of the visa upon interviewing. She will be flying in in two weeks. Now what? What's the next step besides getting married.
What form do I have to submit? What is the next process?

Is there a certain amount that has to be in your bank account when filing affidavit of support I-134 if your income exceeds the poverty level?
My mother's (co-sponsor) annual income is $60K and has only $3K in her savings account. I on the other hand make $10K/yr and have $10K in savings account.
Will this be a problem?

Yea my daughter got her US passport recently. So i guess she's good to go.

My fiance gave birth to our daughter outside of USA. My daughter became a citizen automatically. My fiance and my daughter will be flying in to the states sometime next month. Will my daughter need any specific medical prior to coming to USA ?

Under W2 form, my annual wage (income) is stated as $15,900. Since my income is below poverty level, is it necessary to even state my income under I-134form? BTW My mother will be the co-sponsor and she's way above the poverty level. If my mother is the co-sponsor and my income is under poverty level, will it be a problem if I decide not to state my income on the I-134 form?

I was talking about my w2 form. Concerning the tax transcripts, most recent should be enough or submit the last three yrs?

My mother will be the primary sponspor for my fiance. What supporting documents will be required?
These are the documents that I have right now,
My mother's most recent income tax
My mother is self employed (her recent business income tax)
Last 6 month of her personal bank statement.
Bank Letter indicating her current balance.
Is w2 required? Also is the business bank statement required as well if she is self employed or personal alone will do?
from http://www.***removed***/visitor-visa/sponsor-documents.html it states that invitation letter and letter to consultate is required?
Are they required? On this forum I've never heard of anyone submitting a invitation letter and a letter to consultate.

okay now i'm confused. I have 2011 all ready to go. Isnt April 15 the deadline to file the tax? So i'm guessing 2011 is the most recent if you have filed already. If you haven't then 2010 is the most recent.
