But this is my second approved 129F (requested waiver). Last time NOA2 said forwarded to NVC. Contact NVC with questions. Only difference this time is it is California Service Center instead of Vermont this time.

When I recieved my NOA2, it said "the above petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate..... Please contact the consulate with any questions about visa issuance, or if you would like them to now forward the petition to a different consulate." My consulate is correctly listed as MOSCOW RUSSIA under "Notice Type" and valid dates. Nothing is mentioned about NVC.

I thought after USCIS, they forward to NVC before the consulate? And I would contact NVC with questions? But my letter says forwarded to consulate and contact consulate.

Can someone explain please?

What do I put for my service center in my timeline? I put Texas, because that is where everyone mails it now. But my NAO1 came from California. When I looked at the timelines of other people, some put Texas and others still put California or Vermont even after the change. So I am confused. Do we all put Texas now? Or do we put which service center they send it to?
