I had 2 RFE one in USCIS and another in NVC they both took about 7-10 days

Interview date is August 17.. I called NVC and that is what they told me.. I have received no email yet

Hmm why was it not valid..Did you have it translated.The police will apostle and have it translated. This is the only reason why I could see its not valid. Also It has to be done within 3 months..If you have more questions please feel free to ask.. My wife has been here 3 months and she loves it..

This is insane, 6 months and they want all this proof.. All I send was a letter from my mom, 2 pictures of us signing our marriage document at the ministry justice and our marriage certificate which we had apostilled..I didn't send anything else and they didn't ask

I am still waiting for interview.. You case number should take like 7-10 days.. Thats all mine took.. Actually 2 numbers you need for Sign In.. It goes pretty fasy from here.. I am glad to see you out of USCIS...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Woot soon fees can be paid and after that it takes about 2 weeks.. If no RFE then lets hope second week August they set up interview date.............It's all fast from here

Soon you will have interview date.. When they receive package it only takes 2 weeks to approve and after they approve another 10 days for interview date...october seems about right for interview date.. I hope you have a pleasant trip.. Drop by the embassyin Albania and ask questions with an American consulate.. Never hurts to stay ahead of the game..........!!!!!...

Just let them know the process and the trouble you were having..Just go visit and make yourself known

I am so happy for you... The POE should be a breeze.. The only problem I had was they couldn't tell you if she was on the flight and it took 2 hours to clear customs.. Most of the wait was because of other immigrants..

I got an RFE because I forgot to list where the wife lived from 16-17 years of age.. She lived in Bakuriani then Tbilisi then Rustavi..I was wondering the RFE talked about police reports.. There is only one place to get his and that is Tbilisi.. Police Report said from her birth date there were no convictions.. I hope this was enough
