I think you have more than enough... all we were asked for was the medical, passport, (they had photos already) I-134, W2s, birth certificate, confirmation of appointment, letter of intent. I updated my DS-230 there even though I had one filled out already.. and we have never been married so we didn't need any of that other stuff..or I-864.

But in case they ask for anything else you are already completely organized.. trust me the interview is not bad at all... it was like less than 5 min.

Our visa was approved yesterday at our interview... Thanks!

Ryan and I can finally say that the interview is over and we are APPROVED! So happy... such a weight lifted off.. as soon as my passport comes back in the mail I'll be going to rent the Uhaul! Thanks for all the help everyone!! Now on to the next!

Oh perfect! Thanks tolowyn! I thought so I just wanted to be sure and I do have both the confirmation and package 4.. one more question.. Ryan (my American fiance) can't find his birth certificate.. they don't need it for the interview though right? Just mine? Thanks in advance! 5 more days!

Ok question.. the appointment letter... is that just the confirmation from the same website I booked my interview? I sure hope so! I will definitely report back when it is all done...

OK I am officially freaking out that our interview is on Wednesday.. so nervous! Thank God Ryan is coming with me!! bahhhhhhhh I need to calm my nerves.. its after 5:00.. maybe some wine tonight is needed!

When I booked my interview.. it said the earliest was in 99 days.. so whatever 99 days before October 12th is! But it took me almost three weeks to have interviews available.. I just kept checking all day long.. and I don't have a desk job so it was really difficult. When I was able to.. mine was the first date available.. and interviews in November were open. Goodluck! Keep trying!

We are starting to get everything ready for our interview.. but one question.. when we filled out and sent back our package 3 to Montreal with the DS 156 I lived at a different address than I do now. I know I am supposed to bring it with me to the interview, but do I do a new form? OR just bring the one with the old address? Everything is with DHL after the interview... i Just don't know what I should do. Any advice would be great! Thanks!

Hi There!

Although I don't know what form you are talking about, I do know people that work at the CBP and they have told me that they can't give you a print out of when you came in or out of the country.. They have it - but I don't think they will give it to you. If you look at their website, there must be a number you can call but I'm sure the answer is no.

Hi Everyone!

So I am getting ready for our interview in October.. and I have a few questions. First on the online form which you complete and get the confirmation page with your picture and barcode - I don't know how to print out the questions and I filled it out a while ago. Anyone have any idea if just the confirmation page is enough? Or if not how I can find that info?

Second ... how do I pay for our interview in advance? Or is that necessary? Can I just pay there and if so .. how much is it?

Sorry I am just getting a little nervous for the interview! PS it is for a K1 visa in Montreal

Congrats!! It won't be long going :-) I wish we would get our NOA2 so I can book soon. We received a RFE and our lawyer sent the reply on the 29th of June. I just hope we don't get another one for something else. Does that usually happen? Worried because we didn't send letter of intent's yet they didn't ask for them in our RFE. Should have sent it anyway but the lawyer said it was better to only send what they ask for.

I'm sorry I have no idea about RFE's we didn't have any...

I was hoping that if people are always checking the dates of available Montreal interviews that if they logged into the site and they had dates available - they could post to this discussion. That way for people who are at work but could receive e-mails could see right away that there were interviews available and they could then check for themselves!!

We are desperately trying to get an interview... I have myself and my fiance on the case to get one... when there is finally one available what info do you need to book it? Just to I can make sure Ryan has all of the right numbers and such.... I may also get friends who work in offices to try to help us.. (I am a stylist and don't work by a computer )

Hi!

When going to www.usvisa-info.com and i put in all of the information-sometimes it redirects me to a page that has a us flag on it and requires me to put in a username and password.. I am not sure if this is a bug in the system or what but I usually just use the back button until it goes to the "normal" page I am used to to book my Montreal interview...

Am I doing something wrong? I have no idea what the username and password would be?

Packet 4 was logged today so i'm eligible to schedule my interview, too bad there are no available appointments! Anyone else waiting to schedule with Montreal? I think it's been about 5 or 6 days of no availability.

Ryan and I just got our package 4 on Monday!! I know we have been trying to book but nothing available.. soooo annoying!!! Its hard to always check too because obviously we are working during the day... So exciting to get this far but frustrating to not be able to book. I hope some appointments open up soon!!

There's been times interviews have come available at all times of day, really. Cancellations can happen anytime, but when I got mine it was because they opened up all of August, so I think it was in the afternoon.

Thank you! I am so friggin happy to be at this point.. I so badly want to get an interview date soon just to put a light at the end of this immigration tunnel!!!
