    interview was a joke. 3 questions only. when did you first met her, is she working and where, have you lived on any other country for more than 6 months. thats all. but the day was really stressful. from 30 people only me and someone else were successful interviews. but they were mostly Mariages IR1-CR1. dont worry to much as you are a K1. follow exactly packet 3 and it should be ok :)

    now i understand what you're talking about. but i google it first for 221G and AP. i see now you are going through IR-1/IC-1 visa. i am a K1 visa ( fiance visa) and my journey is different from yours. upon my interview they can approve it or deny... that's all they can do to me. i wish you best luck :)

    epo ja se vjen ajo certificato generale dhe mbaron dhe kjo puna e vizes :)) si ishte intervista? cfare pyesinin ne pergjithesi dhe a deshen shume proof of ongoing relationship? kur bete ate viziten ke dritani ju a ka bere form 3025 "completed" se do ju duhet kur te file AOS.

    i pata bere nje email ambasadaes dhe me kishin sqaruar se me duhej certificato generale jo penale, keshtu qe generale e mora. dosja ka ardhur ne embasade ne tr ne dt 1 korrik. po pres packet 3 tani. doc i kam gati te gjitha. si shkoi intervista?

    me ne fund mbas RFE me doli NOA2 :) tani dhe pak dite do me duhet te call NVC pastaj vjen ne ambasade ne tr. vonokan ca per diten e intervistes. te Dritanet shkove? :):)

    we have been approved June 14!!! took them 194 days including RFE. just yesterday we sent letter to the Congressman. :)))) anyway now hope the journey will be fast.

    we received a RFE on May 9. after replying we are waiting now for NOA2.they asked for a photo and more evidence that we have been met each other within 2 years prior applying for K1. A RFE is actually a bad news, but i didn't feel bad or anything cause my fiance was here with me all MAY :))) and now she's gone again. i am back at VJ :( waiting for NOA2. i updated my timeline.

    ckemi mire :) kur te te vij packet 3 zyrtare nga ambasada mi thuaj dhe mua ato doc qe duhen per te bere. e vetmja frike qe kam une jane zgjedhjet. ishalla nuk ndodh gje e te punojne intitucionet se situata nuk eshte shume e qete... kam besim te ambasadori USA ketu se eshte shume aktiv. gjithesej 5 dite pune i do posta per te te sjelle ate doc nga prokuroria qe ske precedent penal.good luck :)

    :) deri tani asgje te re nga fronti i perendimit. presim akoma. megjithese kane filluar te japin te dhjetorit. une jam 2 dhjetori... ose kete jave ose nga tjetra do vije besoj. une kam nje "packet 3" pdf sample qe jep ambasada USA ne Tr per K1 visa. e kam gjet ne internet. po ka mundesi te jete e 2 vjeteve me pare. po deshe ta dergoj te kesh pak a shume dijeni se cfare do te kerkojne...

    hi Amy&Sonny. hope it gets as afast as possible for you now.i am still wating NOA2 but it seems Vermont now is working fast. do you know anything about how to convert a italian MA 3+2 in USA? i have one of those (Specialistica)degree and i hope this is recognized in USA. wish you the best. :) this summer is in USA :) bye
