how did you get it expidited? what do you have to do? im trying to figure out if we can get an expidite for a waiver that i must do.

Ok Im in process with the NVC I know that my husband will need the i601 waiver at the interview but I'm confused about the letter I have read mAny letters and the majority have MAJOR medical reasons and I do not. My mother in this last yeAr had some serious problems and if I go to be with my husband in his country she will suffer plus I have a child with m husband and he has Been around my family his whole lil 2 year life. Any help from you guys would be great thanks

it says on the uscis website that you can have that form expidited due to financial loss and other things of that nature. when my husband left i lost my apartment and now live with my sister im barely making ends meet as it is. and after i pay each fee im pinching pennies to pay the next one. without him i cannot work pay daycare and rent a place to live. i am a constant burden on my family....what do i do? i need him home....

I just read on one of the reviews on the honduras u.s embassy that they have to file 601 waiver to come back to the US if they were here illegally and departed voluntarily...what does that mean. please help

ok i have a quick question. just to be sure im on the right track. for the I-846 the tax papers do you only need the 1040 or is there another paper that you get from IRS. i have all my 1040 and w2's from the past years and y boss can write a letter. i just wanna make sure of what i need. dont wanna mess up. thanks

Isn't K3 administrative closed? Am also from honduras and at the beginning of this process my husband and I were also confuse in filling the K3 or CR1, but at the end after hours of searching the net and consulting we decided for CR1. But anyways good luck to you,,! Hope next year we can be with our husbands!!

i dont believe its closed since uscis told me to file for that while waiting for the i-130. but according to all the info that i researched and what they said on this forum. the CR-1 is the one that makes your way to the green car and for the one you need an approved I-130.

ok now my stuff is on the way to NVC. it says on the website to wait for them to send me the paper work. all of the papers i can find on the internet do i fil them out and once i have my case number send it in. its alll very confusing to me. im feeling a little lost...i've read and reread it and im still confused

ok i read the guide thank you soo much. and i recieved the i130 approval today along with the i129f approval. they hav e been sent to NVC now i prepare everything and wait. any tips

ok one more thing. i read the flow chart they will send me a bill i pay then they send me all the paperwork. i fill it out then my husband does his part then it goes to the embassy. but my husband says they dont have mail there....how will he get his stuff? should i worry?

ok on the chance that the I-130 is approved, doesnt that change the stuff i have to do. i know it will still be sent to the nvc, but the I-130 is processed for a green card, not a visa right? would that take alot longer?

i only recieved an email notification. its been approved and the notice was mailed to me on the 9th i didnt recieve the actual paper yet. but it will take 1-2 months? and meanwhile his I130 is still pending....what happens with that?

no the I-130 has not been approved as of right now. but i dont know what to do about the papers. i lost my copies of the applications.....i dont know what to do

i also have another problem. i was reading on a website that i need copies of everything.. but i moved and i lost my copies...what do i do? are the neccessary for him to go to the interview. and if so....what do i do?
