why whats going to happen if you overdo chat logs and emails??? we got 70 pages of chat logs and 100+ pages of emails.

hi vj's, i have a question what other important things need to bring to st. luke's? i know NOA2, NVC Letter, Appointment Letter and Passport are the important to bring when you do your medical exam at st. luke's, but what are the other things need to bring beside, NOA2, NVC Letter, Appointment Letter and Passport? when you fill up a FORM at st. luke's what are the important things you need to put to that FORM?

I TRIED TO GO ONLINE AND DO THE APPOINTMENT. I WAS ABLE TO ENTER MY DATA BUT WHILE LOOKING FOR THE BEST DATE TO SCHEDULE MY INTERVIEW, MY SESSION EXPIRE WITHOUT ENTERING DATE YET. NOW I CAN'T LOGGED OR RETRIEVE MY DATA ANYMORE. HELP.............
