i don't know how.........I don't know why......................I am a September filer and by rights so many others deserved this news long before us..........

I checked my account with USCIS this morning and still no touch. As of this moment, there has still been no change no touch, no text message or e-mail notification...................

But here in the iron tight grasp of my own hands is the I-797 that says"APPROVAL NOTICE"

I already called my wife and woke her from her slumber! I have never heard her so happy to be woken up!

Hi, I'm just trying to figure some stuff out. After the interview and everything is approved. what are the conditions? or where can I find that information (I've been looking and can't find it anywhere)

For example.....

how long do we have until we have to go back to the states after the interview?

How long to we have to stay in the states for, for a consecutive period of time?

in terms of paperwork where do we begin (is it called AOS?)

I am back with a new question. My husband and I will more than likely get the Magic Jack but no matter which you choose, can you tell me how you sent it to your family overseas? Did you send it by DHL/FedEx or did you take it to them in person? My husband explained to his brother what computer requirements he needed for the Majic Jack to work and he brother asked if it was legal to send by mail that way. I purchased some hoodies for his brothers that I thought about including in the package with the Magic Jack if it wouldn't cost too much more. I thought it was okay to send this as I have read others were sending this to their families. Is it legal? I don't want to cause problems for our family overseas if its not legal and I don't want to send it if it will only be returned by the Egypt mail service. I would appreciate the advice.

PEOPLE WHO DID COMPLETED AT NVC & DIDN'T RECEIVE INTERVIEW DATE OR ON PROCESS AT NVC, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SAY, WHETHER THEY HAVE COUNTED YOU OR NOT AND SO JUST WAIT AND HOPE FOR THE BEST!!

Hi there guys.we just returned back to north carolina from a vacation to orlando florida.we fell in love with the orlando florida area.didnt even want to leave.met many people who wanted to help us move and find us jobs if we decide on this move.we noticed that there is really nothing to do here in north carolina.no jobs,no money,nothing at all to do but be bored.and we loved the city life.does anyone live in this area who can give us more information about florida.

I have found out talking with fellows that almost every arab guy who has interest to marry foreign woman had a fiancée or close girlfriend who died under tragical circumstances usually before the wedding. It seems that this is a "nationwide game". I wonder who many of your men came out with such story.

I think that you was on some chat program with a bunch of kids with nothing better to do than fool you.On the internet you must be careful who you speak to and be good judge of character.Other wise you will be fooled into believing anyone's stories.Also My husband Ayman is the most thoughtful man i ever met in my life and when we met he never told me any foolish stories.Besides i met many of my husband's arab men friend's in chat and never heard of such stories. :)
