Congrats. I really wonder about that. Seems a little early to get approved from California. I have no doubt about your approval, but I wonder if everybody who got a transfer notice really got transferred...

Is there a way to find out which service center approved the petition?

I have emailed Angela 3 times with no response. I also sent an email to California Service Center, waiting for a response.

got a reply from USCIS regarding our service request the email states :

The status of this service request is:

You should receive a notice on your I-130 petition by February 18, 2011. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I hope that i would get a notice on the said date otherwise im gonna be pissed. anyone received an email like this? did they really send the notice on the date they said? it took USCIS 15 days to reply to our service request. .

I emailed Texas Service Center last friday and got the same response from Officer Garza this morning.

Does the processing time start from the priority date or Notice date (NAO1) date? My priority date is August 27th and NOA1 date is August 30th. I was wondering if I should send the email tomorrow or wait till August 30th.

On January 4th I filed a request to expedite my case citing USCIS error. Today, they replied by rejecting my request claiming I did not provide any evidence. Evidence? Really....

Guys - I just spoke with a Tier 2 Officer and she did confirm that my application is still under review and had never left the TSC service center. She admitted that the post decision activity email and letters were sent in error. When I pointed out to her that one of the conditions to expedite a case is USCIS error, she filed a request to expedite my case. She said they will get back to me in 5 days. Not sure it will work but its worth a try.
