Quick question guys...

We received a letter saying: Uscis forwarded your correspondence or information to the NVC. NVC is unable to assist you with your inquiry. Please direct your inquiry to the US embassy or Consulate genern processing your petition.

I have no idea what correspondence they are referring to. We were already approved a couple months ago. There is no case number or anything that I can identify what they are referencing to on this letter

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Seems like we have a lot of activity here... which is great! We received our biometrics letter and the appt is for 7/1/2014... can someone update this for me

It was dated 6/13/2014

We received our NOA letter today and it's dated 6/914 ???

Check was cashed (or whatever is the appropriate term for direct debit) yesterday. Hoping to see NOA1 in the mail today or tomorrow.

To what service center did you mail your package? CSC?

Definitely. They want transcripts. It is the consensus here that you are very likely to get an RFE without transcripts.

Your list looks good.

They just want to see joint documents,i don't think this letter is important.

But if you want,you can include doc from his job listing you as emergency contact or vice versa.

I thought I was going to be a May filer but we are sending off our packet next week. I have compiled some evidence... please let me know your thoughts.

- 44 pictures showing our ongoing relationship

- Phone Bills

- Joint Savings, Checking and Credit Card statements

- Joint Tax Returns (transcripts)

- 401K Beneficiary Info

- 2 automobile sales w/ both names

- Furniture receipts w/ both names

- Utility bills w/ both names

- Health insurance cards

- Vacation itinery's

- 3 affidavits

- letter from bank showing that we maintain accounts together

- marriage certificate

- copy of drivers license showing joint residence

- copy of w2's showing joint residence

- Junk mail such as credit card offers to show joint residence (still thinking if we should include this)

His employer actually wrote a letter stating how valuable he is to the company... I was going to include it but I am not sure if its necessary. Any advice is welcomed. Thank you.

I am sure you all receive lotssss of credit card offers, insurance offers, etc. Do you think this can be used as a form of evidence when preparing the ROC package?

I was wondering if letters like credit card offers showing correspondences being sent to the same address is good to send? I was just going through all of our letters and noticed that we receive so many credit card offers, etc, which shows our address. Was just wondering if this would be ok to include in our package.

This is the question I've been trying to get answered. For Barbados, hepatitis is required and it consists of 3 vaccines all roughly 4 weeks or more apart. Is it ok to get the first 2 in Barbados and then continue with the other in the US?

None of the hepatitis vaccines are needed for your age. Did you read the link I posted earlier?

Hmm. I am not sure which link you are referring too. I am just a bit confused because the medical PDF for Barbados has hepatitis listed as a needed shot. I will look through this thread again for the link you are speaking about. Thank you for your help

I definitely recommend it if you're missing vaccines as it'll most likely be cheaper than getting them done at the panel physician.

Wat about tests like hepatitis where u have to take them 4 weeks apart? Can he take the 3rd when he gets here?
