I am on the process of preparing my I-864 Affidavit of Support for my mom's petition. everything is doing great but i have a question...

I have not worked for many years... so my husband is going to fill the form i864a. My question is that I haven't filled in taxes for many years but my husband has done it for many years and I'm in his statement. My question is what should i write in question 25? .. if I do not work and earn no money to declare taxes should i leave that question in blank?? thanks for the help

yeyyy, Im soo happy for you Callina .. finally someone else with good news and the others dont worry you will receive good news very soon...but still it has been almost 20 days since i receive mi aproval letter and i still dont have my case number from the nvc.. I've been calling everyday asking for my case ... and the only answer i get is ... that then dont have my case yet...so im just have to keep waiting ...hopefully all of you will have good news soon .. well I am writing to keep you informed of my case .... for those who already read my previous post are already aware of my problem ... I was going through the same thing that everyone in this post are. my I130 was transferred from California to Texas and then i dont know .. and then back to Texas to be review .. and had to wait 120 or 180 days like anyone else.

Well the other day i decided to go to the USCIS website to check my status and i was surprised to learn that they had sent my I130 APPROVAL letter to my house .. I was so happy but I didnt to get my hopes up ,until I really get my letter of APPROVAL .. finally yesterday, I received my blessed letter .. and I am more than happy .. and hopefully everything continues going well .. keep your fingers crossed for me ;-) ... and dont worry you'll see that you will have their letters of APPROVAL very soon this new year is our year you'll see .. Please keep me informed on how your cases are going ..

I also just received the same letter saying exactly the same thing .. I sent my I130 package in August10 and everything was fine until they transfered to TSC and now in November, I got the letter .. today i call USCISand they told me the same thing and that I have to wait 120 days to see if they aproved my petition or not .. I dont know why this is happening .. I do not think I had anything wrong with my documents .. my mom never came to the United States and everything was fine .. I'm a little nervous and i really hope everything goes well for all of us.... and if anyone has any comments please do not hesitate to write back.
