I also just received notice that my wife's case is complete. How were you able to request her interview be expedited at the Embassy? Is it too late for me to request an expedited interview for my wife? Please advise.

Nonetheless...congrats!!.. It's been a LONG visa journey for us... we're in the home stretch and the finish line and our wives airplane is in sight.

FINALLY!!... Our case is finally COMPLETE at NVC!!.. I-130 filed last Nov., received NOA1 shortly thereafter on Nov. 16, 2010, then after waiting what seemed like an eternity (4 1/2 months) I received NOA2 on March 31, 2011. From there it seemed that our case went into WARP SPEED!!.. The processing of my AOS took about 2 weeks, then the IV packet...next thing I know I'm submitting my wife's IV packet & documents on May 21, 2011. 10 days later I receive a notice stating that the case has been completed on May 31, 2011. No requests for additional information necessary!!.. Now were just waiting for her interview!!..

sison2083 Just paid the AOS Bill and received confirmation of payment along with DS-3032 acceptance via email. Am using the I-864EZ form for AOS, packet ready to be sent NVC. Just waiting for IV Applicant packet to arrive. All documentation for wifey's packet is in hand and ready for submittal. LETS GO!!
