Also, we are flying there this month with a one way ticket because were not sure when we want to come back home. (before 6 months is up or apply for an ext.) So, I was wondering if we will have any problems at the border because of this?

My bf is opening up a car company in California this month and I was just wondering if he can sponsor me right away to work for him? OR does it take a while since it will be a new company? I actually work for his Canadian construction company right now and we are both Canadian citizens.

I don't have a degree so I know I'm not qualified for a TN Visa. So, if he can't sponsor me right away, what are my other work visa options?

Also, I only have my G1 right now so do I need a US Visa in order for me to get a US Driver's License?
