so why do they usually say call us if you do not recieve it within 5 months...

This ppl are just bunch of crazy heads,to get u off the line,they say call us after 5 months..after 5 months now they saying 30 days..I guess thats the same thing they would tell me on monday...crying right now,it really sucks

I feel yah Nema. It really sucks! We received that noticed on email. When my fiance call last night, they answered the same. and then I tried to call myself but the didn't entertain call if it is not the petitioner. It really sucks and it doesn't make any sense because they are approving April filers while ours is on hold!...I'm so depressed...

Hon, you're sure to get yours soon, you have no reason they'll hold you as long as they've held other people. I bet your guy is just on holiday, and catching up. That means he's in a good mood, and when he picks up your case, no RFE!

@lookwhatfound: have u received ur noa1 yet? our checked was in cashed yesterday but no noa1 on email yet...the tsunami hit the philippines but no damages happened...thank god..those waves came by were just at least 3feet high, stiil high but since our people were being alerted and those living nearby were evacuated, everything went well..
