Thanks … yes it been 2 weeks and still waiting..

My fiancé had interview last week. Consular provided him a letter stating that case has been temporarily refused for further administrative processing. Any one please explain me what that means.. ?

I filed for my fiance’s petion in February 20010, and received I-797 on 5/11/2010. I watied for package 3.5 for long time but did not got any reponse. In August, I finally e-mail consulate office; they reponse to my e-mail after two weeks and stated that package 3.5 was elecronialy sent on may, 21 2010, which I ever recived. I ask my fiance to gether all the documents as soon posiable. Since there was a delay in process or to send package 3.5, is any one kow how is will affect my process?

Once a person apply for K1 visa and sent all the required documents (DS-156, DS-230,DS-156K, and DS 157 or package 3.5), how long it normally takes to get response back from consular.
