Are you required to send copies of your bank account statements? I have provided tax transcipts for my income, pay stubs and my annual income is sufficent. I listed my savings account balances, but wasnt sure if i needed to provide actual bank statements.

Trust me I am not complaining that our interview was scheduled so quick! We just received packet 3 and I have to send some forms tomorrow asap. What is the quickest way to ship and to ensure they will be there by June 1st.

Thanks everyone..I think I should just relax a bit. NVC and DOS confirmed that my case had left on the 22nd from NVC..they are saying about 2-6 depending on how slow or fast the mail service in Tunisia is. Silly me thought my anxiety level would decrease a bit once I received my Noa2

we were notified a month before our interview that the file was sent to the embassy in amman and all further inquiries should go to them, but i kept emailing with a question and they kept saying they still didnt get it. it wasnt until a few days before the interview that they got it, so i wouldnt worry too much. they may have it just not in their system or whatever. but hopefully everything will be fine, no worries =)

My problem is we cant do anything until they receive the file. No interview. Technically no paperwork for packet 3. We cant even do the medical until then..

My case left NVC on April 22. The embassy says they still not have recived the case, although I saw through DHL tracking the case arrived in Tunisia on the 26th. I am getting a little worried that the case is still not in the system at the embassy. Should I just wait it out or call them and check. I dont want to be a PIA and call all the time but 2 weeks seems like a long time

I hope they did not lose my application?

My application was dated Nov 8. I just got my approval on 4/14. I did not have any touches at all. I am sure they didnt loose it, but just havent gotten to it yet. I understand how hard it is to wait. Seems like things are moving faster lately so I hope you will see your Noa2 sooner then later. Best of luck to you

I just received a text message that my case was approved!!!

I most certainly have had patience for over 5 months now...I guess it is running out a little bit...

It has been 5 months and 1 day today and I finally got someone on the phone from USCIS. They told me since my case was still in the "normal processing time" that I can't even get an inquiry sent to VSC for another 60 days! Gosh this is driving me up the wall.... is this the time when I can contact my representative or do I need to wait 60 days to do that too? I hate how my whole life has to be on hold just because my fiance isn't American!!!

I dont know when the best time to contact your representative..I just know we have similar timelines and to be quite honest I am getting a little tired of waiting for simple paperwork to be approved!

I will be leaving March 28 to travel to Tunisia for my 3rd visit. I am so excited to see my fiance again since it has been 8 months. I have to admit to being somewhat nervous with all of the conflict going on in that area. I am trying to focus on how happy we will be to see each other again!

If it's indeed lost and/ or we go to AP. I will over Spring Break?!!! I get the aisle seat.

I just noticed that it says on igors list that the last download time was 1/24/11 at 9pm. Does that mean there were no approvals for CSC and VSC today? Usually the list updates multiple times during the day.
