    Visa Interview & Medical Exam?

    We received email from NVC and my mom's visa interview has been scheduled on May 5, 2011 around 8:30 a.m at the U.S embassy Manila.

    Here's my questions:

    Do my mom need to call to schedule for medical exam in ST.Luke's? or is it a first come first served basis?

    What documents she need to bring during the medical exams?

    How long it takes before she get the result of her medical exam?

    What documents she need to bring during the interview?

    What are the possible questions that they will ask to her?

    I've done few research about my case but still want to make sure everything will be fine.

    Please advise & share your experiences, Thank you so much everyone!

    Help! AOS I-864 Document Cover Sheet, problem!

    I was reading other threads about AOS checklist & they said Document Cover Sheet is needed for the AOS I-864 package.

    I already paid the $88 AOS fee & I can see that the Payment Status is Paid since Dec.8, 2010

    but when i tried to click [Print Document Cover Sheet] this error message showed,

    "Server Error in '/CTRAC' Application."

    Runtime Error

    bla bla bla

    And also I tried to click to email it to myself but I haven't receive anything.

    Please help. Thank you so much!

    PS.I already have the AOS Receipt printed out, the only thing I need now is the Document Cover Sheet then I will send my I-864 package by monday.

    Which AOS form should I use, I-134 or I-864?

Per the DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent for Immigrant Visa Applicants), I would like to appoint my daughter as my agent of choice to receive all future correspondence from the U.S. Department of State.     Which AOS form should I use, I-134 or I-864?

    I really need you guys for advise. I want to understand the difference between these two forms. I am trying to bring my mother to USA as an immigrant (I-130) and my case is already with NVC. And the AOS Fee just paid today online. I am wondering which AOS form should I use? I want to make sure I'm not filing the wrong form.

    And also what is the minimum requirement for affidavit of support for I-130 (petition for parents)?

    My annual income after tax is only $18,500 USD & I have the feeling that I don't meet the income requirements therefore I need my husband to joint sponsor us since he is making enough to support all of us. Do he need to fill up separate AOS form?

    Please help, I want to make sure I am doing it right!
