    My advice: Get a lawyer. Peace of mind is priceless during this difficult and stressful process. I'm very grateful for all the help and info I got on this site but I also got a lot of anxiety when reading about everyone's nightmare experiences and problems. Getting a lawyer even though our case was simple made this whole experience easy-breezy!
