for me they was stupid reasons cuz the interviewer was..... she was so mean to me so she make big lie on me but because there is no one to judg her she did just wht she want

first reason

she said that I didn't know my wife son name and honestly I talks to him tousend of time so can u believe tht ill not know his name ????

second

she said tht I didn't have a good English since I meet my wife and as I said to her tht I meet my wife 2 years before I married her and I said tht we was just a friends so my anglish was poor

thts why I was denied

my CR1 was denied last june 2012 for reason other ....so they sent it back to uscis to process it then after 14 mounth they reaffirm the approval .

the question is

did anyone know how longe this process will took for nvc to have my file and how longe it took form NVC to give me an apoitment day

you need to talk to him before u do anything if u make sure he s not good u can cancel ur visa

no brother i have my married certifcate now but i need a paper proof of joint ownership anywhere but my wife now is in usa and am in morroco

Thank you everybody for everything ..but i want to say what happened to me……. my wife come to me April first…. then when we get married we call the embassy ……and someone there say to us if my wife stay for like 6 mounts in morocco she can apply visa from her…. and 3 week after this 6 mounts the paper will be ok … but 1 week before this six mounts we call them back and they say sorry the law is change that mean we can’t apply from her and also i face another problem with marriage certificate i find i mistake in it and i take it to the court to fix it so that take long time in this time my wife was Gonne to usa and she leave the hall paper her to me to apply it but when i ask someone he say to me that i need another paper a paper that it show i share a property or a banc account but when i ask in the banc they say to me that i can’t because she is American and am Moroccan……. am confused now please i need someone who can help me thank u so much
