I just entered that when I first sent in the AOS package, thinking that that is where it would be, since Baltimore office is the closest. But we have received a NOA for this approval and it's coming from California Service Center, we were moved due to volume in Vermont. Not sure, as I was not as detail oriented with AOS, since he is already here and we were not as anxious as the K1 process.

They cashed the check, I guess it was all good. I do expect and RFE on Medical, I have a feeling this was not done right, but we'll see.

BTW Michele, when bahadir goes for his Medical Exam, you guys should ask for a complete exam for immigrant visa. Since there are 2 parts to our applications (immigrant and non-imigrant) The doctor in ANkara may choose to do non-immigrant check up which is less comprehensive. We ended up having to repeat a doctor visit here. If it was complete in Turkey thsi would not have been necessary.

That would be so nice. I have a feeling you hear from them any day now. I emailed them ahead and asked nicely if we could have a July date before they scheduled. I am not sure if it had any effect but it doesn't hurt.

Definitely UPS, I have found out that once USPS delivers to Istanbul, it's in PTT (Turkish USPS) hands which is slower than turtles My fiance had to go to central office and raise hell to pick up the package because they were just sitting on it!

Keeping my fingers crossed for you. BTW after NOA2 it goes very fast, be sure to send in the packet 3 ahead of time and do not use USPS. I sent on 26th May and it was delivered today (even though I paid for express shipping, we lost 10 days!)
