Our interview is September 23rd.. Dont know why its so late but we are going to try and get an earlier one..

Interview set for September 23rd at 8am.. after our 1 year but at least we got a date now..

Not me and they said they cant even guarantee me a September interview either..

Case closed on the 12th of July.. waiting for interview date now.. Hurry up why dont ya?!?

My case closed on the 12th and have been calling for interview date but they say theres no more so ill have to wait for a September date.. that i have to wait to hear something during the second week of august! grr!

Yeah they each need their own AOS but only one IV packet.. my friend just got an RFE for her son not having his own AOS done

Fill out an I-864 and have your parents fill one out as well.. Get it done and mailed asap so you can get it reviewed as quick as possible.. they dont send you the paperwork you get those from the website and fill it out.. make sure that you fill out an AOS for you AND your child..

Official case closed today.. Hope im still lucky enough for an August interview

Theres also a link to an email template.. I actually emailed my DS3230 before my bill was generated.. I sent it on a tues. then again on thurs. and friday it was accepted..

I sent tax transcripts for the past 3 years and i did not write a letter explaining anything..

and dont completely trust it either.. mine still hasnt changed and im almost done with the NVC already..

Which is why the operator at the NVC totally confused the ####### out of me.. Well no matter who schedules I hope im lucky enough to make an August date..

I just got off the phone with the NVC who told me that London will be the one scheduling our interview date not them.. Has anyone else heard this.. all this time I thought the NVC did the scheduling..

Have the beneficiary assign the petitioner as the agent.. it just means that you both will be getting emails from the NVC instead of them snail mailing the beneficiary correspondence.. make sure when you email the NVC the DS3032 you email it from the beneficiary's email address.. good luck!

I filed single as well.. and though we havent had an interview yet.. my AOS was accepted without any problems!

Yeah I got my case number and IIN number the same day.. then I gave them my email address while on the phone with them.. Then in a day or two you should get your AOS bill

Well my NVC journey is almost complete.. We got a SIF and not waiting for the official CC.. Now I gotta wait for the interview date to be set.. and im hoping its an August one!

You cant pay the fees until they are available on the payment portal..
