Not every page of the vaccination certificate, and what vaccinations were given?

Just the passport style picture and page certifying the vaccinations ?

On the G325-A, towards the bottom, It asks to write your name in your native alphabet(chinese).

My wife wants to know if this should include her new last name, or just her maiden name, as it appears on her I-94 ?

Another quick question about the I485 and corresponding forms.

The instructions call for all Capitol letters, no prob... but previous forms asked for an N/A in questions that were Not Applicable.

The instructions on this form do not say that, should we be typing N/A in to those questions anyway ?

Should the last names be Hyphenated, does it matter ? It is not hyphenated on the marriage certificate, but i think it should be.

Oh yes, she days she wants both last names in the last name box ! lol.

If she wants two last names then he writes her maiden AND married name in the "last name" box. if she wants her maiden as a middle name then she writes maiden in the maiden name box, and married name in the last name box. Depends what she wants.

The only constant is her first name can only be changed with a court order.

I believe you mean "If she want her maiden name as a middle name, then she writes her maiden name in the MIDDLE NAME box" ?

Am i correct ?

How are the VJ forums lately ?

I posted a while back in the K1 forums.

Everything went very smooth, all was accepted , and my fiancee and I, are now Husband and Wife.

I will update the time line when i have just a bit more time.

We are starting the Adjustment of Status, I have read the I-485, and reviewed the sample of that file.

Since my wife is Chinese, she has no middle name, and when we were married she signed her name... first name, family name, and my last name.

On the I-485 in the last name area, should she be entering, Family name, and My last name together ? As is the signature on the marriage certificate.

She wants to keep her Family name, as well as having my last name.

Its been a while since i posted here...Life sure takes funny twists and turns !

I would have posted sooner, but i have had a break-in at my house, and lost a lot of electronics, and media.

Im just getting back to normal now.

I have updated the time line from memory, and i may be off by a day or two here and there.

The last post i remember was about I-134, i had questions but figured it out.

All procedures after NOA2 went like clockwork.

It took approximately 3 months from the date the NOA2 was received, for the rest of the procedure including approval !

My Fiancee will be here August 16 2011.

I owe many thanks to VJ, VJ forums, and the many members who make everything seem so easy... without the members help and guidance, I think many of us would be lost.

So here is to all of you !!

updating this thread... I filled the form just the way shown in my above post... no problems.

I think i should write it this way.

Fiancee's name, (Filed and Approved I-129F petition), Relationship; Fiancee Submitted; Jan. 4, 2009

I think this would be the most correct.

I need thoughts on this.

Thanks Inky, i have read this also.. the part stating "Filing now with I-129f petition" , to me would be wrong, as our I-129f petition has already been approved.

also that is just a guide, and all cases are a little different, other thing to mention is that the sample form is no longer valid, as the expiration date is close to 1 year ago.

Back again with a new round of questions...

I-134, question 10.

apparently im to put my Fiancee's name, and to include the date the I-129f was received by uscis ?

anything else i should enter in these areas ?

I have read other posts, and just want to verify.

There is only one trick.. study, study, study.

Fill everything out completely, and make sure answers match on all sheets where the same answer is called for.

3+ months of making sure everything was filled correctly, and triple checking everything.

I am very happy, that this is going so fast, and i hope everyones goes as fast !

Timeline updated.

I just checked uscis.gov, checked case status, and it said petition approved.

They sent me a letter on Feb. 22nd, but i have yet to receive it.

So i am correct to say its NOA2 ?

The packet was shipped this afternoon !!

Hopefully everything goes smooth as butter !

I clipped pieces together, and then put a clip on the whole package... all on top.

if they are going to tear it all apart, i guess it doesnt really matter if its tabbed.

I just hope the clips are fine, they will probably just take em off and throw them away anyway.
