Aye ya ya, Just off the phone with NVC. My sons expedited approval was sent UPS second day air to ..................................................National Records Center, not NVC so now the folks at NVC whom I have nothing but praise for are in coordination with USCIS CSC trying to locate the package.

Hey Cristina, Thanks. Attorney did a great I-130 and even with a couple small errors it was approved quickly. The oversight of our sons was corrected quickly and as of Friday has been approved. I think that my congressional contact is going to push the expedite all the way through the interview now.

Received second NOA1, receipt number nonfunctional in online updates! Only way to check process is to call and request tier2 person for information. perfect. no word on expedite request.

Yesterday, learned that the friend who prepared our original I-130 erred and the nnet effect of that is that my wife was approved and USCIS has no idea our son exists.

Not so fast.................Fricking USCIS

AOS package DONE!, IV Package DONE, now waiting for IV bill to be payable and off it goes to NH

Just saw that you were from the interior! What area? I spent about six seasons up around the Eureka/Manley/Rampart area and out on the Seward Peninsula running a mine at Dahl near 8o Mile Kougarok.
