  1. Hi guys. Need your help ,my parents just got through their interview and was given 221g requiring form I864A. I am the petitioner, petitioning my parents(mom & dad). I filled out Form I864, income is sufficient so I thought I don't need this form but they we're asked to do so anyway. Me and my husband file our taxes as married filing jointly. I understand he needs to fill out part 1 & 3 my confusion is with

part 1#10. My current individual income is:$______________ do I need to put his income alone supported by his w2's even though we filed jointly ?

Part1# 11 Federal Tax Return - okay does this pertains to our combined adjusted income same and as supported by our tax returns ???

If I put his income alone , on # 10 it will not match our 1040 showing both our incomes?

    Thanks

  2. Hi. I am starting to petition my parents. I am a USC , my mom's name on my bc is different from her bc and their marriage contract for example, her name on my bc is Toni ,and her name on her BC is Toni Ross and their marriage contract shows Tony Ross. They have however corrected and have annotated their names to match my mom's bc but it does not match my bc. Will someone please help me find a way? Will this be a problem? Will an affidavit from a lawyer would suffice stating that these names are one and the same? I am a bit worried about this. Thank you

  3. Hi everyone. I am about to star a petition for my parents to be here in the US. My mother's name is different from her bc and marriage certificate. Ex. My bc says her name is Toni but their marriage contract says Toni Ross and her BC says Tony Ross. They have however have an annotation saying that Toni Ros and Tony Ross is the same or have been corrected however it is different from my BC. What do we need to do? I need your help

  4. Hello VJ'ers.

My son and I came here in the usa through k1&k2 visa and our greencards have different expiration date because my son had rfe on our aos process.Anyways it my gc expires 25 days earlier than my son's GC.Can i just include him on my form I 751 to save s money.Since the guidelines says did not say anything about to file separately. The way i understand it,we will only need to file separate if he got his adjustment of status(GC) 90 days after i got mine.,am i correct on this one?PLease let me know.Thank you
