                 My husband is not fluent in english . When the interview come can I be the translator or we have to bring another person to the interview . If so , do we have to include the G-1256 (Declaration for interpreter interview) , or when the interview date is set I'll send it then . Thank you

Another quick question , Do they combine my income with the co sponsor to meet the poverty guideline , or just they use co sponsor income to meet the criteria ?

            January 2017 sent my N-400 for my citizenship, on February had my fingerprints taken , my case status now shows Inline for an interview. Here is my question  . I want to adjust my husband he came here with a tourist visa a year ago, he is out of status now . Right now I'm a legal resident , can I adjust my husband now ? What forms we have to submit ? Or I have to wait to have my citizenship? Thank you

I need some help, a friend of mine is ready to send AOS (married with USC), the only thing missing is his I-94,he has the stampton the passport , also he send the 102 form to request a copy of the I-94 , he got the letter from USCIS saying that they got the request of his I-94 with a receipt # . So my question is :he can send the AOS anyway (without the copy of the I-94) but with a copy of the letter from the request and the copy of the passport . Just thinking becausefor sure before his interview he will get the copy of the I-94 . Do you guys think USCIS will accept his AOS without the I-94

Quick question ...should i send another G325 with my 751 or they use the one that i send when i got my conditional green card , also , after i file i have to check the status where i did in the past before i got my CGC. Thank you
