    Hi! I just saw that you're fiancee was from Mali and wanted to say hi!! Also, don't worry about your petition, the USCIS form says its being sent to Bamako, but its really being sent to Dakar. The same thing happened to me, and the NVC just sent it straight to Dakar, no problems, no confusion. I think the USCIS just produces forms based on home country but the NVC knows wher...
