Hope you are all well and great, for almost 9 months I was waiting to write this post, this was the longest wait I ever had in my life, these 9 months which we (me and my wife) spent in stress, pain and tears were so miserable, but finally all these aches turns into the greatest happiness when I called to DOS and heard these words (YOUR VISA HAS BEEN ISSUED) Allahamdulillah I have received my visa today, I am so thankful to my Lord Allah SWT, I am also thankful to my VJ friends for your prayers and support, and especially to visa journey, you people were great help throughout this whole process, I want to thank all of you. May Allah bless you all with the happiness and Joy, Finally my visa journey is ended.

We filed in July 2010 and due to heavy load of petitions they transferred 35000 petitions to Texas services center from California center, most petitions were approved in 7 months approximately. Don’t worry you are still in time line just pray for good, Best of luck!

I seriously don't understand what normal processing means too, after waiting 6 months i believe it's more lazy processing instead of normal processing.

This is so annoying for us we are all waiting and waiting, but still hanging in the middle with a big blank space what will happened,. One of my friend’s friend filed a petition for her husband in October start and she received NOA 2 today, I don’t know why they are doing this, if they are so back log they should do something about the pending petitions instead of approving September and October. May God be with us.

I wish and pray coming year (2011) will bring happiness for all of us, especially for those who are waiting to be with their love ones, I really wish and pray May God remove all those hurdles which are causing delay in our process, Ameen, May God Bless everyone.
