what ive never heard that it could take years especially after rfe , that means background check is over the tier 2 person told me..she said they only move on and review case/rfe after background checks are done..morracan(sp) wife is divorcing so sad:(

Oh no, that is so sad. I think that is what they want. Why else do they make people wait so long. Umit and I will never get a divorce.

yeah me and marjo either,I dont believe in divorce and he knew this before we get married.. i think they try to mess u up and make u wait for that and that is what ap is all about too.. alot of marriages cant take this, but us that do will be stronger:D

i am sure we will get our NOA2 soon as oct filers havebeen getting theirs so lets hope uscis doent slow down

yes lets hope they need to get oct and nov filers out of the way so they can give the july/aug filer's their well deserved approvals..to me thats a win/win for all:)..

Someone from Pakistan just got approved that filed in January 2011. So much for the high risk country theory.

I think you are probably right since I believe your RFE was in response to Congressman's inquiry, but who knows with these people. It is scary to give them an excuse. I pray this time next year both of our husbands are here and we can all go to Dollywood in Gatlinburg together since you are not far away. My father lives nine miles from Vincennes, Indiana.

Try to think of these holidays as milestones. It might help pass the time faster

Yes, I am very afraid of that too. But we just talked again tonight and he says he will do whatever I decide. He will be happy as long as I am happy. He is so great.

Just saw another K1 CSC from March get approved. It makes me just want to call CSC and asked them how they can justify holding up our lives while approving people that apply nearly 4 months after we did. Insanity

yeah im seeing that too...it is crazy...and their answer for everything is background which is probably means your case is collecting dust:(

i hope it is simple and easy fix ..i have noticed once ppl send in their info back they get approval soon..my congressman liaison also said she will keep on top of my case makes me feel better..
