      Mine got kicked back when it was at the USCIS. They didnt like the passport pics we sent. 1 month delay. Dont worry send them what they need.. time does fly. good luck.

      My senator from the state where I live put the service request in for me, sort of gives it a little more teeth when the representative of your state does it.

    Congrats for yr aproval ! I am 174 days todays i am also NOA1 July/23, I am positive feel mine should be comming this week !

    About to give up !! Called USCIS today and I was told the same things as 8 days ago !!! Need to wait 13 more days to be able to process a service request !! 19 more days will be 6 months

    Have you got any news about your NOA2 ??? I will hit my 5 months Dec 23 !! If I would know I would marry my fiancee and do the petition for the 130 witch is taking 6 to 8 months !!!!
