PD April 30, 2001. Received email today that card was mailed out today July 3rd 2013. Checked status online on USCIS website says Card Production. Doing my happy dance now guys!!!

No GC yet, still waiting also and from NYC like you. Interviewed Oct' 11. Did a SR march 15th and got letter in the mail dated April 23rd stating; once my priorty date becomes current an an immigrant number becomes available to you USCIS will resume processing your application. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 3 months from this letter, please contact customer service.

Hey Guys I got my GC Yesterday in the mail!!! I actually got approved on may 10 but didnt get it til today. The service requests really helped. Hope you guys and other lifeact members are having the same luck!

yes my pd is april 30,2001 and im in the states. My family and I were interviewed back in may 2011 and as far as I know everything is completed and only waiting for pd to become current. Have you called ? I didn't issue a service request when I called today. I might have to do that next time. Goodluck.

Hey guys will keep you updated on what's going on with my case. I did a service request on March 15th and was told that I will get a response in 15 days. Called again today and was told by a 2nd level agent that I just have to wait until I get my response from my SR done on March 15th, in that response I should be advised as to how much longer I will have to wait for visa. If you guys get news before me pls also let me know. Interview done Oct 11th 2011.

I do not believe the cases that are already awaiting a visa will be eliminated, as previously mentioned by another member that leaves room for possible law suits for funds already collected, and I doubt they will be willing to return monies. My issue with this however is that I have always felt the this category F4 is the most honest category, meaning there is little to no room for fraud. Your brother or sister is your family and can be proven. There are so many cases where people marry each other just for green card, even paying people to marry them for it, and they get through much faster than the F4s. But I guess that's life as always whats honest and true is not always easy. Lets wait and see what happens.

Hi guys, I called last week and she did a service request. That's all so far. I have been checking the USCIS website daily to see if there are any changes in my status. As soon I get something I'll let you guys know.

I called USCIS today.They said they will mail us their decision in two weeks ( approved/denied ).Please update when you hear something from them.Thank you and good luck.

Good!!! I will call them myself and hear what they have to say about our case. Please also let me/us know if you get it in the mail like they said. Best of luck on the final stretch at last ))))))

Nazibik, i just reread your post. Your pd april is april 23. You and your wife will be current this april. You need to wait till the first or so before receiving anything.

Hi Nazibik, our interview was in Oct '11. I was wondering the same thing myself and thinking it would be that we have to wait till April 1 and then call USCIS.
