      what did your wife do for the police record? Did she get it from the guy they provided? They keep reviewing that one document for my case, and its taking forever, they think its not valid...?? Where did she get hers?

      She got it from the police department in Tbilisi. We had ours translated into English.

    The NVC is a no brainer, just adjust whatever they want, and resubmit it ASAP. You'll be fine. The police reports would show her priors.
