Sorry for the late reply....I emailed the K visa unit in Vancouver to ensure they received packet 3 by fax and they emailed me packet 4 later that day

I know...I'm going down to visit for the summer and want to immigrate closer to the wedding date so I have enough time to file for AOS, wedding certificates take a while to come from Hawaii.

Thanks!! Could have booked in June but wedding is set for Sept 24. Not much of a wait and it's really easy to book online. I will review the embassy/interview. Hope you get your NOA2 soon!
