I filed I-751 base on extreme cruelty and abuse in Dec 2012.I got NOA 1 in December and that is all.

I received REF in November 2013 asking for more evidence proving bonafied marriage.

I sent RFE answer on January 22,2014.Got interview notice this April and was there today (29th) at 1pm for my interview.

I went there about 1 hour earlier. After I check in I wait for about 45 min when a woman of about 55 - 60 I guess called my name.

She greated me and walk me to her room. She said I will interview you today but before you seat down I will have u sear that you are only going

to tell nothing but the true. I wear .We sat down face to face like on a dining table.

She took my form I-751 and basically asking me same questions I answer on them. Like my name, my address, my age, my ex-wife name , age....

After that she ask How we met ?which year? how long before getting married, How is my relation with her family, How was she behaving before and after I got here

Tell her about the abused stuffs? Was she on drug or anything else? Does control anything I do? Supposing I was in my country and my wife was behaving that way what will I do?

She asked where did I live when I got here? Do we have kids together ? Does she have any? do I have any? Did we leave in apartment or house?

She ask about how I end up in a domestic violence shelter ? Did I go through any therapy? Any letter proving that all that?She said I will keep the original documents from the shelter in my file and I will give you copies. And her last question was, "do u know your wife contact immigration that she will not sponsor you again so she want us to deport you?"

After all she said, I will go ahead and approve your green card. You will received it in about 10days in the address you put the I-751 or do you want us to send it somewhere else?

Do you have any question? I only said thanks you? she said then we are done. See you one day again somewhere else. She walked me out and said bye bye bye!!!!

Immigration knows some US citizens bring foreigners here and think they have all the right over them, like they don't have a say just because they are not Americans.

But it is a lie...when the time come they will know if you marry for good or you are a scammer. Just present your case ,and what you don't know about don't try it ask for help and do it the right way.

CONRATULATIONS!!!! Your post is and will serve as an inspiration to other men who are going through similar situation. It beats my imagination why SOME petitioners think that once their beneficiaries arrive in the US, they become their "servants" and subject them to all kinds of treatments and often threatening them with deportations.

The US justice system doesnt work only for US citizens; its provides justice for all the oppressed without any affiliations. Wishing you the very best in your eneavours

Yeah Jahk !!! US gov.is not a private property for it citizens it is people's gov. meaning it cover all once on its soil. Abraham Lincoln once said:"Gov. of the people , by the people ,for the people" ,he didn't said:"Gov of US citizens ,by US citizen, for US citizen. People mean everyone.So when the time come they will make the last decision base on facts..Thanks anyway..

CP thanks...We need to understand that although there are people who are scammers there are real people too who suffered in the US in the hand of their spouse, the rest in in the hand of USCIS to separate the real from the fake. Not we down here posting ....So just help anyone if u can !!!

2 years start from the day you landed...

Welll it been a while now but I am still alive.And doing good as i got my CR1 green card and working now.

I posted here sometime now about my unfaitfull wife story before,and Thankx all for your help.

This is the new developpement.

After she abused me psychologicaly good,file for divorce,live me to go and stay with her new boyfriend,

throught me out of her house by police,go and lie to get and EPO against me which the Judge did not issue,

she go back trying to dismiss the divorce petition,and pleading that she want me back after all pain,

She move to another state pleading that I should join her there WONDERFULL...

What do u think friends...???Should I give her a chance again or just forget her.

Well Friends how can I report and abuse to immigration?OR who should I report to?Or who ?my wife is really treating me so bad.She told me she give me 2 weeks to leave her house or she will leave.She received my social security,keep it for about 5 days open it before given it to me.

Something similar happened to me, kind of vice versa. I'm assuming, from your profile, that you are here on a CR1 and have not received your GC yet. I would make an InfoPass appt and speak to them about your options. She cannot send you back. But what will happen is, if she decides she does not want to be with you anymore, the chances of you staying after your 2 yr GC expires are slim. When this happened to me, I went right away to an InfoPass appt and they were very helpful.....I strongly suggest you do the same. They told me things that I never read on this site. What I would NOT do is confront her about the emails, etc.....but ABSOLUTELY print them out and begin collecting evidence from NOW about her infidelity. This will help you in the long run.

I came on CR1 visa,so am waiting for the green card.Just monday she picked me to go and do the Social Security,and am also waiting for that.What i am getting to know right now is,it look like that is how she is which she hide from me from the beging.I am the third guy she got married to.The other guy was from Europe.When he got here and they got married 3 months time the guy got angry and left with same problem.the first one too was same problem.So am now getting to know that she is unfaithfully by birth.One of the mail saying that by just December 11,there are 3 men in her life.And as at now just dont know how many are we now...lol.I am really afraid of sickness too.

I just got to US less than 3 weeks now,and I notice that my wife is having a serious lover here.And I got my hand on their pictures together,mail and e-mail,they exchange...And all these are showing in her characters,talking to me anyhow.,telling me that she will send me back to where I came from because she doesn't see my used here.She will buy me the ticket to go.After she let me quit my job,my school,my everything,get here,this is the surprise she has for me.I am so confused.But i did not let her know i know everything about she and her man.People what should I do?

Just wondering...``Port of entry`` is the first place your flight landed in the US right? And that is the place you must submit your brown envelopp right?

Well this was not a problem at the interview for me at all,before we got married we always call each other``my wifey & my Hubby``and almost on our skype,messenger,email...we always do same.The CO never ever mension anything about that.I dont think it is by name u called each other that they will say u are

doing fraud.Feel free man.

Thanks you all.I went to the consulat and they told me they can reissue another visa for me with no extra charge.

I have to give proof that i am a student,my exam time table,also update my medical and do a new police certificate.

The new visa will be expiring then on the expiring day of both new medical and police certificate.

And all this must be done before the current visa expired.This may also serve you...

I thank you all for your help.I am currently at level 400,last semester to get my First Degree in one of our great university.

I got my CR1 visa today(03/02/2012),and its expiring date fall on the day I will be starting my final year exam(07/05/2012),

while the exam ends on 26/05/2012.I cant sacrifice my long 4years first degree in less than 3 weeks to finished it.What should I do...???

Need some clarification.

Over 3 years of LPR,3 years of marriage to a USC,before you will be qualified to apply for naturalization.The over 3 years of resident,does it include the 2 years of Conditional Resident and 1 year LPR ??? Or that 3 years start from the time you got your condition removed..???
