I remember reading somewhere that the NVC would start processing an F2A file if they thought the priority date would be current within a year. I don't know if this is true or if this is why they have now started processing petitions filed a year ago, but it's definitely good news.
 it is good news. some people question when there is movement and processing and throw a fit when their case isnt being processed on how they miss that spouse of theirs.. cant please THEM
 give me a break

Am not surprised cos NVC is now broke and they need money for the coming festive periods,so,the progress in AOS ,COA for DEC/NOV FILERS has nothing to do with speeding the coming bulletings....I don't trust NVC
You need to stop saying the NVC is broke... they dont process applications because they are broke OTHER WISE the $$$$$$$$ could have been requested 6-9 months ago when these cases got to them...

I guess all these F2A approvals are from CSC, my priority date is October 12, 2010 and I am still awaiting my NOA2 ):
Seems so ... from the thread that was started per http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/285076-december-2010-filers/page__view__findpost__p__4689137 one were from VSC

Is this the right NVC contact information (603)-334-0700. I'll try to contact them on Monday since they don't operate on Saturday's and Sunday's. By the way how did you receive your assigned case number? Is it through mail or the applicant should be the one to contact the NVC and ask for it?
they are likely to close on monday since it is a holiday. They will send a letter in the mail too that has the case #.

just wondering how did you receive your case number? is it mailed to you or the NVC contacted you?
Who me..? My brother called the NVC and got the case number. It will be in the automated system or given by a person.

Hello,
we want to bring my mother-in-law here to live out her life from Indonesia.I am the USC and my wife a permanent resident. What is the best way to process this. She visited the U.S. back in 2001 on a tourist visa and returned within the time frame.
Thankyou All
The best way is for your Wife to become a us citizen then file a petition for her.

You can enter the Consulate AND attend the Interview but it's hard to gain. It's not a standard practice.

I been gone for a while checking in. hoping for the best for our cases.

no no need to send videos to show relaitionship... You can send pictures as evidence. You can use letters/etc from friends too... things that show joint relaitions like finances etc.

Bringing prooof means nothing...., you'll neeed to file your taxes for the years you choose not to file.

Quick question...my husband is worried that once we get approved and he can come to the states that his credit won't be able to transfer. Is this true? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Referring to college/university?

Based on DEC NVC Visa Bulletin they are processing F2A for Aug 1, 2010 for most of the region. So I'm assuming that as soon as your visa is approved, it could be approved by NVC quickly too.
I read the thread and sumit I dont think that is true
