Right, not everyone will get it that's why it is always advised to proceed on the next steps as soon as case number came in. You dont really have to go there TOO EARLY though at the interview date. When I went for my tourist visa interview before, I arrived 30 minutes before the time. And this is what will I do to my K1 next month. Take a good sleep.

They just told me a step by step instruction about how to input my info on that Customer Transaction Assistant Machine. *pay bills-other merchants-enter personal infos-after that, the machine will then issue you a qeue #-then wait for ur # to be called.*

register online for medical so u dont have to fill-up that PDS form when u get to SLEC. visit this site and register www.slec.com.ph

The eligibility letter is just a notice. You can present it during ur medical if u have it but if u dont have it, then it's okay. no worries. You only need ur case number to proceed with the medical. Most applicants wont receive eligibility letter and some will receive it a year later or so. So, please, don't sweat that eligibility letter too much.

Hello. The embassy will be the one to send you the eligibility letter. It's a letter stating that you are now eligible/qualified to do your interview. You cant schedule interview appointment unless you paid ur k1 visa fee.

N.Richards-My fiance write a letter to the NVC informing them of his deployment so that they would know about his change of address..

N.Richards-What do you mean? I did not write a letter to the NVC (but my fiance wrote a letter to them). What I did is just making phone calls and emails to them asking about our case number which they finally gave.

Hi N.Richards. I just called NVC a minute ago and finally they gave us our case number now! I can now proceed to the next step! I suggest you call the NVC so they can give u ur case # also cos I've heard not all petitioners will receive a letter from the NVC stating their case #. Start chasing NVC now!!hee..
