    God is good. Got our Green Card with no Interview. EAD arrived 2 days later. Pass my DMV driving test. Now just waiting for my California ID/DL to arrive so I can apply for the job thats waiting for me! :)

      Nku! Dun sa USCIS na website kinuha yung address mismo sis. Visajourey atsaka USCIS lang na website ang kinukunan ku ng info kasi mahirap na magkamali.

      Hopefully sooner!!! Hehe. I've read in some (lucky ones) that after just 10 days or maybe less after biometrics they received their EAD.

      My fiance said the pre-interview took longer than the actual one. We only gave my latest income tax which is 2010. And the only thing that was asked is to see our photos.

    finally got my visa! im so happy! God really answered my prayers! ngpunta ako ng church kanina, sabi ko kay God sana within today ko marereceive and i got it! =)

    called the embassy today to inquire if the physical have receive the physical file from NVC. they said they have received the electronic file on dec 13 and then she said that MAYBE they already received our physical file last week but has not been uploaded yet to their system . was adviced : to call first week of january sad.gif is there another way to know if they already received our file? and anyone who tried the ONLINE scheduling? the Operator said the server is now ok but i just checked...

    nakapasa ako sa interview pero my need ako ipasa documents na EVIDENCE OF CURRENT SUSTAINED INCOME.. pay stubs lng mapapasa ng fiance ko wala ng cia idagdag pa n income nya..nakita ng consule ang baba ng tax return nya kc last year wala cia work eh..now lng cia ng kawork....makakaalis pa kaya ako???? im sosooso sad..anu b dapat namin gawin?
