    Well I am the petitioner and he is in Guatemala. The only one that has to get a medical is the beneficiary...and she is the one that gets the packet you are not getting anything else..the only thing that you might get is a letter with the case number in Guatemala. I only got the forms that it was approved and then a letter with the case number in Guatemala. Is Alex the one that is in Guatemala?
