I am obviously new to this place and filling out all these forms. I am sure my questions have been answered a million times but I can't seem to find them.
I am a student under F1 VISA. My parents are now permanent resident and my I-130 has been approved. Based on what I have read and what I have been told I am trying to fill out the rest of the forms.
Current Problem:
1) On I-485 Part 1, it says expires on: is this my visa expiery date? My I-94 says "D/S" which I have come to find out means duration of stay.
I'll try to update this post with anymore question I have so that I don't spam the threads.
